Snow Removal

Sutter Brothers Lawn Care LLC offers commercial and residential snow plowing in Clarksville, Lake Odessa, MI. We try to keep our service area very small for snow plowing in order to be able to serve as many clients as possible and be the most efficient possible so that we get our clients cleared quickly. We know that when the snow is done everyone wants to be cleared as soon as possible. We cannot do that if we are driving 10 minutes between every client.

Residential Clients: We do require a signed contract and we also require a card on file that can be charged upon the completion of each service.

Commercial Clients: We require a signed detailed contract that protects both parties. Upon the completion of the first service we will bill every two weeks. The reason we bill every two weeks is because there are some months when we get a lot of of snow events and the cost can add up. We don't want to hit you with a huge bill at the end of the month. Instead we prefer to break up that bill a little bit in order to help reduce the lump sum that may need to be paid.
